The round magnets are falling out and the magnet has not been abused or worn incorrectly. Under normal conditions I dont think this should be happening. I think that the other gold magnet was much better.

Pimag Microjet Wall Mounted Shower

I just installed one of your wall mounted Pimag shower heads to replace one we have had for over 20 years. Upon installation, the shower head was leaking just above where the filter head screws on the main body. Upon further inspection, it appears the cap has a hair line crack in it. I used my old cap, screwed it on and it works perfectly. I did not over tighten the cap as I know that is not recommended and I have been doing this for a long time with filter replacements. I would like to have the new cap replaced because my old cap is so old and I am concerned it will develop a crack. We replaced the old shower head because the body of the unit had developed a crack after all of these years and it was causing loss of pressure. Preferred solution: I need a replacement part for my pimag shower head. Otherwise, I am very happy with the product.

User's recommendation: Great product, don't over-tighten the cap when replacing filters. Unit well built and will last for many years.

Cut off valve in the PiMag Microjet Shower system? If it is in front of the filter cartridge, it will not put any pressure on the filter. Not pissed, confused-Lori / CS.

Instructions say do not. Help Desk said there was nothing in the instructions concerning. Everything I have used from Nikken has been very good-mattress, insoles, wraps, magnets, comforters.

None at all I don’t see why you thought I had a complaint

There was no complaint at all. The gal tried to explain something to me and I didnt understand what she was saying and then she explained it in other way and I understood. She was very nice, no problem at all.

I was sent the wrong air filter for my older Kenko Air Purifier. The person that took the order is Esther Smith. ID #80195****. So I had to return the product. That being said, I had to pay for shipping and returning the product. So I would like to receive a refund or put that amount towards the next purchase. Item code is 1445. Order #1862****. Order date is 7/7/2020. I have been pursuing this for the last couple of months and extremely frustrated. Your support will be most appreciated.

My magnetic inserts caused me lots of pain in my legs and hips.....can hardly walk some days Be careful !!!!! Was told these would give me more energy Wow So disappointed because I work on my feet and need to be able to walk Seriously considering having them banned There is no way to contact company because I got them at a greenmarket and of course the people are nowhere to be found !!! If they were legit I guess they would stand by their product...scammed !!! oh well won't soon forget this lesson Out $$$$ and health

The shower head is plastic where it needs to be metal so after a short time it leaks. Has anyone tested it to see if it really works to get rid of chlorine? Have had 3 or 4 of them. Now my husband doesn't want to fix it because he said he tested the water coming out of it and it is the same chlorine as coming out of the hose outside. I am so disappointed. Has anyone else out there ever tested the shower head to see if it does what they say it does?

Gaboy, that's some great "Fanboy" advice, thanks, but it skirts the issue and is not helpful. I bought from an authorized dealer, who is/was no longer a dealer once the problem arose. If I could have bought through a "Normal" outlet like a store, considering they would still be in business, there would be no issue. As it stands, the issue arose through no fault or doing of my own, and so, NIKKEN, take notice, I'm actively spreading the word to ALL that I encounter on a daily basis here in Los Angeles. I own a Product Placement production company, so I deal with a staggering amount of people from the executive levels on down, at EVERY major motion picture studio. I'll eat the $80 and chalk it up too experience, what I won't do is let others befall the same fate that may not be able to so easily loose $80. Thanks for trolling the forums and adding what was useless information, it allowed me to give an update here that you can take back and show your bosses there at Nikken so they can see what $80 worth of publicity has bought them, thanks! :)

I was asked by Nikken to help them improve their product presentation & user friendliness. My team has analyzed their model and found it needs to be updated to match today's online shopping tendencies and be at par with the more notable retail & e-commerce platforms.

Product support and customer service go together & I think these are the main areas that need improvement.

Do you think this is the main problem OR do you think that they have quality & ethical issues?

Yep, the AMWAY reference is pretty accurate, and says volumes about them as a company. I personally would never buy their products, I've heard about too many dissatisfied consumers over and over again. It had far outweighed the positive, so what does that say....?

Yeah, those insoles suck, and Nikken is little more than a modern day AMWAY. Only people dumb enough to but into a product that you can only get through a "dealer" is the first red flag of many.

Sorry to say, but if you were dumb enough to drink their coolaid..... ;)

All warranties are limited to a certain extent.

Be more specific so we can judge for ourselves.

I've used their products for 20 years.

No complaints but a lot of comfort and off blood pressure mess after 19 years do to Nikken Nutritionals.

Hey Anonymous, it says in several different places that he got the insoles. I'd check out those nutritionals you've been using, either something is happening to your eyesite, or they are messing with your ability to read and comprehend ;)

Cult/scam operation

Bought a set of magnetic inserts at a neighbors "Nikken" party. Seemed like a good product, and got caught up in all the hoopla at the party. Well, neighbor has moved, and one of the two inserts have almost completely disintegrated, (Only one?!). Called Nikken, and was told I need the original receipt proving we bought them from an authorized dealer, otherwise they can't do ANYTHING. Very odd, considering now that I'm having a problem and looking into it, I realize some very important facts; #1, these are not sold in stores anywhere #2, There are no known forgeries of this product #3, Unless you stay in constant contact with whoever you buy these from, you'd better make sure they are a recognized dealer, and that you save your receipt, because without it, you'll just end up feeling even dumber than you did when you overpaid for poor quality the first time around. Lesson learned, and it only cost $80, and a few wasted hours of our Friday night a year ago. Good thing I'm rich....

Nikken has great customer service when you buy from an authorized dealer. Most large companies have the requiment of either returning to dealer or providing receipt of purchase. Nothing unusual about that.
